The MFC Training and Development (T&D) Team is seeking a Financial Management Staff to support the development and execution of Training and ransformation projects. As a financial management staff you will be a key integrator between Business Transformation initiatives, Training and Development content development and execution, F&BO Executive Leadership Team, Human Resources, Communications, T&OC, LDP Program Managers, and Corporate People Development Teams. This position is at the forefront of driving digital development, innovation, and training for new financial learning, F&BO system tools, collaboration tools, and LM AI opportunities.



What You Will Be Doing

Candidate will partner with F&BO leadership stakeholders across various F&BO functions to ensure that MFC F&BO Culture Transformation strategic objectives are met: Culture of Collaboration, Learning and Growth, Enhancing Operations Efficiency and Performance, and 1LMX goals. This role supports a culture of continuous learning by assisting with the Early Career Development Program,
Leadership Development Programs (LDPS), A Day In The Life (ADITL), Symposium Program, WINGS Mentoring, and strengthening collaboration across our MFC F&BO hybrid workforce.
The candidate will research, develop, and provide actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to increase F&BO operational effectiveness by implementing a strategy for continuous improvement through transformation efforts and Lean Six Sigma. The candidate will focus on a successful training plan for the deployment of new tools and the training required for the future state of 1LMX and OneLM culture. The candidate will support and facilitate the success of White Belt and Change Management training execution. Strong executive presence skills are required as candidate will prepare and present at F&BO Executive Leadership meetings.
Candidate will perform monthly financial analysis using SAP comparing budget vs actuals for training initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of MFC F&BO training and transformation initiatives.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
