Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Supply Chain Procurement Agents (Level 4 or Level 5) to join our Supply Chain Contract Negotiation Support (CNS) Team and The Aftermarket Deal Team for our Everett, Washington site. 

The Functional Excellence Contracts Negotiation and Support & Aftermarket Deal Team (CNS/ADT) members must be willing to work in a fluid and challenging environment. These positions require individuals to understand contract terms, processes, and compliance, yet have the ability to find creative solutions to contracting problems that both protect the enterprise and enable the business. This role requires a keen attention to detail due working closely with leaders within multiple business units. These positions also support sourcing/contracts teams supporting all commodities. Ideal candidates are skilled at educating peers on Boeing contractual terms, preparing teams for supplier negotiations, and getting directly involved in supplier negotiations when required.

Position Responsibilities:   

  • Create and maintains pro forma documents in alignment with program tenets and objectives.

  • Provide contract terms and conditions negotiation support; including internal and external executive engagements.

  • Provide guidance and support on contractual enforcement.

  • Develop procurement and supply chain solutions, strategies and policies to support customer requirements.

  • Develop and executes company strategic business goals and objectives.

  • Supports stakeholder inquiries and need for support.

  • integrate various stakeholders for communication, strategy, and other alignment, including aftermarket stakeholders.

  • Provide input on proposal analyses and development of negotiation strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead training and mentoring activities to promote a high degree of professionalism and effectiveness in the Contracts PA role.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • 3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership

  • 3+ years of experience in a role requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (only weighted question will be the one below with the applicable amount of years for the next level up)

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management

  • 5+ years of experience drafting contracts or legal documents

Typical Education/ Experience:

Lead: Typically, 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Senior:

Typically, 15 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range Level 4: $106,729 – $130,447

Summary pay range Level 5: $131,612 – $160,859
