Job Title: Interior TechnicianJob Description
We are seeking a skilled Interior Technician to perform modifications and upgrades on corporate and business aircraft. This role involves removing and reinstalling seats, cabinets, sidewalls, panels, and other interior equipment. You will inspect and repair installation brackets and related assemblies, and install new interior components to complete the upgrade program.
Responsibilities
- Remove seats, cabinets, sidewalls, panels, and other interior equipment.
- Inspect and repair installation brackets and related assemblies.
- Install seats, galleys/lavs, panels, and other interior components.
- Run new wiring through ceilings and sidewalls, and between seats.
- Remove and replace all seats, most sidewalls and bins, ceiling panels, raceways, part of the galley, carpet, and cockpit seats.
- Collaborate with Avionics technicians for wiring and testing/terminating.
Essential Skills- 2+ years of recent aircraft interiors removal and install experience.
- Ability to work from blueprints.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Experience with corporate aircraft, Hawker, and airframe installations.
- Skills in interior finishing, repair, upholstery, cabinetry, and interior trim.
- Knowledge of aircraft interior rework.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- 3+ years of aircraft interiors install experience.
- Possession of an Airframe license is preferred but not required.
- Must have personal tools.
