Aircraft Parts CoordinatorJob Description-We are seeking a dedicated Aircraft Parts Coordinator responsible for purchasing aircraft parts, components, and materials to support our private jet operation. This role includes managing AOG, routine stocking, and fleet provisioning, performing receiving inspections of incoming inventory, and maintaining orderly parts storage areas. You will also be responsible for expediting, shipping, and tracking parts/materials shipments, identifying and handling hazardous material shipments, filing warranty claims, and updating inventory tracking programs.
Responsibilities-
- Purchase aircraft parts, components, and materials to support operations including AOG, routine stocking, and fleet provisioning.
- Perform receiving inspections of incoming inventory in accordance with company General procedures.
- Maintain parts storage areas, shipping/receiving areas, and company tools in an orderly fashion, ensuring proper tagging, storage, and segregation.
- Expedite, ship, and track parts/materials shipments.
- Identify, classify, and handle all hazardous material shipments in accordance with company procedures and CFR regulations.
- File warranty claims for programs as needed.
- Update and maintain inventory tracking program. Experience with TotalFBO, CAMP, and Corridor is preferred.
- Monitor and track exchange cores, ensuring prompt return to vendors.
***This is a long-term contract position based out of Elkhart, Indiana***
Current available shift: Tuesday - Saturday 12:00P (noon) - 7:00P or until work is complete
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50
