Aviation Parts Stock Room and Sales

Airmark needs qualified personnel to join our growing team.  We need personnel that can fit in quickly, have a positive attitude and have General Aviation experience working with Lycoming and Continental piston engine parts and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Receive physical shipments from UPS & FedEx
• Receive parts orders into the computer system
• Maintain daily log record of parts received
• Ordering parts with computer purchase order module
• Box and send parts to outside vendors for repair work
• Box and invoice customers with completed work
• Process credit card orders
• Enter repair orders in the computer repair order module
• Ensure accurate invoices, packing slips, and records are received with parts
• Answer telephone sales calls and direct them to the correct department if required
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Follow all environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures
• Keep a clean and orderly work environment
• Perform job duties in a safe manner
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Knowledge and understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations and manufacturer overhaul and parts manuals
• Aviation Computer Software skills (Smart145 is the current software program)
• Read and speak English and Spanish fluently
• Customer and Service oriented
• Team Player with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Required to speak, hear, see, stand, stoop, kneel, squat, walk, lift heavy objects
• Required to work in an environment that is subject to changing climate conditions and moderate noise levels
• Perform Full-Time duties, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
