Job Description:
Tasks
Once you join our team, you will:
- Monitor and process requests for aircraft parts related to certain project.
- Communicate with production and coordinator role on a daily basis.
- Source of aircraft materials on global market.
- Collect quotes and negotiate terms and conditions with vendors.
- Identify new suppliers and raise requests for creation of new vendors.
- Place and track purchase orders for aircraft parts during and prior of a layover.
- Monitor the complete supply chain until goods receipt by Warehouse.
- Coordinate with suppliers and/or Material Flow Management in case of delayed delivery; coordinate with Finance/Strategic in case of invoice clarifications; with Warehouse - in case of quarantine items.

Requirements
You match our need, if you have:
- University degree in relevant area (logistics or purchasing preferred)
- Professional experience in material purchasing is considered advantage
- Good knowledge of logistics (physical logistics, transport, planning and purchasing) processes
- High degree of ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in business negotiations, excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Computer literate
- Experience with material resource planning systems, preferably SAP
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills
- Flexibility according to workload during the project phases
- Cultural competence
- Competence to work in virtual teams
- Good analytical skills
