Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Summer 2024 Sustainment Intern.
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for performing integration/coordination/status reporting with the internal LM Aero Sustainment Engineering Team.
Candidate will be required to generate team metrics, perform data analytics, perform follow up action and create visual output media of operations data trends critical to the F-16/F-22 IFG program.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing operations oriented input to performance metrics.
• Maintaining accurate Records.
• Financial Reporting
• Communicating with internal and external customers in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to track large amounts of information with consistent results.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access
Basic Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelors degree from an accredited college including:
▪ Business Management, Finance, or Communications
• Experience/Related Coursework in project management
• Experience/Related Coursework with data analysis, manipulation, visual outputs
Desired Skills:
• Experience/Related Coursework with SAP (Systems, Applications, Products)
• Familiar with EVMS
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and completed staff work.
• Ability to track large amounts of information with consistent results.
• Technical project management.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• The ability to work effectively with upper management, peers and customers is required.
• The ability to participate on cross functional teams and collaborate effectively is required.
• Experience in MS Word, Power Point, Excel
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
