Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Delivery of parts and/or parts carts for Kodiak K100 and K900 to each stage and/or area
• Communicates all shortages to the Lead Expediter
• Assists the Lead Expediter with tracking of part shortages
• Assists the production team with the writing of NMR’s
• Focus on schedule and budget adherence
• Assists with the anticipation of obstacles, performs risk analysis, coordinates risk minimization measures, and manages work changes.
• Work with a sense of urgency
• Ensures all materials flow through all required departments in a timely manner to meet production demands.
• Assists in the development of procedures and methods to ensure that the schedule is met and maintained.
• Assists with the locating of misplaced or lost paperwork
• Works with their lead, purchasing and warehouse/industry manager on tracking shortages, providing need by dates.
• Improves company and employee relations through effective communication, coaching, training, and development..
• Performs other duties as assigned by their lead or manager.
• Reads and understands engineering drawings

Profile and other information related to the position

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Prior experience in production, supply chain and/or warehousing activities
• Prior experience using ERP systems and/or Epicor
• Time Management: ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
• Strong customer orientation. Understanding of differences within the production teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team player with the ability to lead people to meet company goals.
• Commitment to company values and ethics.
• Strong computer proficiency, especially MS Office and Smartsheet.
• Understanding of departmental demands in order to meet schedule demands
• Ability to effectively use English language, both oral and written, to communicate information with others.
• Extraordinary drive for results.
