Responsibilities:

  • Maintain hazardous materials in strict accordance with Federal regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and protocols.
  • Maintain accountability of all materials through disposition, conducting regular audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform and record weekly inventory checks and inspections, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective actions as necessary.
  • Manage calibration tools and equipment, including the maintenance of calibration records and the timely replacement of tools as needed.
  • Record inventory production supply, record quantities accurately, and prepare packages for ordering replacements and spares.
  • Manage and update calibrated tools and equipment inventory, ensuring the availability and accuracy of records.
  • Manage production supplies, including recording quantities, replacing broken tools, and tracking equipment usage.
Job Requirements:
  • Three years of experience in material coordination or a related field.
  • Proven knowledge of maintaining hazardous materials in accordance with Federal regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Experience performing inventory checks and inspections, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with managing calibration tools and equipment, including replacement procedures.
  • Proficiency in recording inventory production supply and preparing orders for replacements and spares.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
