Job Description:
- Update databases with production data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of records.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure inventory accuracy, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Label materials in accordance with Federal and Navy standards, following established guidelines and protocols.
- Create material movement documents, accurately documenting the transfer of materials within the production process.
- Conduct inventory sampling and assessments, monitor inventory levels, and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the coordination of production schedules and workflows, collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Two years of experience in production control or a related field.
- Proven ability to update databases with production data accurately and efficiently.
- Experience performing quality control checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Knowledge of labeling requirements in accordance with Federal and Navy standards.
- Proficiency in creating material movement documents and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
