Job Summary:
The Associate Supplier Performance Specialist will support supply chain audits at supplier facilities and complete tactical objectives assigned by the Supplier Performance Manager. Will apply and follow the provided action plan, recovery plans and improvement plans with the supplier base
Principal Duties:
Excellent follow-up of supplier supply chain diagnostics and/or on-request mission analysis
Assist conducting new supplier assessment and approval process.
Assist supplier improvement and action plans as needed
Assist negotiations with suppliers regarding recovery plans, capabilities and performance for procured products and part returns (for upgrading, Repairs and overhauls)
Non-Principal Duties:

Minimum Qualifications:
BS degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or related. Completed, relevant education from an accredited college or university may be substituted for years of relevant work experience. 1 year of education 2 years of experience
Must begin accreditation process for Companys Certified Supply Chain Auditor credential
Understanding of supply chain functions and its related components
Knowledge of Excel required, including the use of v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.
Knowledge of production and manufacturing principles and processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational, time-management and planning skills
Team player with a receptive disposition, desire to contribute to success of the supply chain operation
Additional Desired Qualifications:
CPIM or similar certification
Experience of supply chain processes
Experience or use of Lean/Six Sigma principles
Demonstrated analytical and project management skills
Working Conditions:
Significant domestic travel (up to 50) as well as international trips to France if needed
Must be able to represent the Dassault Group when facing underperforming suppliers
