Overview of the Role:

As an A&P Mechanic, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of customer aircraft. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance tasks in compliance with FAA safety standards and technical data. Your expertise will directly contribute to the operational readiness and reliability of aircraft, helping our client maintain their reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute maintenance and repair tasks on aircraft, ensuring compliance with technical data and FAA regulations.
  • Conduct inspections, adjustments, and repairs; replace components and address malfunctions with precision.
  • Access and reinstall aircraft components for efficient task completion.
  • Document all maintenance activities accurately, following OEM maintenance manuals.
  • Assist with fueling/defueling operations as needed.
  • Collaborate with Avionics Technicians to troubleshoot and repair technical issues.
  • Participate in the repair of detached aircraft components (e.g., flaps, ailerons, doors).
  • Support team members by sharing your areas of expertise.
  • Take on additional tasks as required to meet team goals.
Job Requirements:
  • A valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with aircraft electrical or mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering documents and repair manuals.
  • Preferred experience with business jets (e.g., Cessna, and Gulfstream models).
