As an A&P Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing jet aircraft to ensure safety, efficiency, and optimal performance. Your skills and training will be put to good use in an environment that supports learning and professional growth.

• Maintenance, repair, and alterations of jet aircraft
• Running and taxiing aircraft
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations and company standards.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all maintenance activities

• Valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License (within 90 days for newly graduated techs)
• Experience preferred but not required
• Pratt & Whitney Canada engine experience is a plus
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Team player mindset
• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills to confidently interact with clients
• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness to relocate to Bridgeport, WV 26330 before starting work
