- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic License.
- Five (5) years of general aviation maintenance experience with specific expertise in troubleshooting, inspection, and maintenance of power plant systems, lubrication systems, intake and exhaust systems, electrical and instrument systems, and propellers on piston-powered training aircraft.
- One (1) year prior team leadership or supervisory experience is required.
- FAA Inspection Authorization.
