Job Description:
We are currently hiring an Aircraft Structures Lead near the Hartford CT.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluating maintenance and repair needs for airframe components and assemblies.
- Offering technical recommendations to engineers for the creation of repairs that fall outside the approved data, when required.
- Creating customer estimates using the company's system.
- Monitoring and tracking the progress and profitability of shop orders through ERP reports.
- Oversee the condition of the shop and overseeing the management of specialized equipment.
- Composing annual performance reviews for crew technicians under your supervision.
Job Requirements:
- 4 plus years of Aircraft Structures experience.
- Leadership / training background
- Able to read blueprints / engineering drawings
- Experienced using aircraft sheet metal / structures tools, equipment / machinery.
- Knowledge of FAA regulations / applications.
- Able to generate quotes on repair tasks / jobs.
- Airframe certificate a plus
