Airframe Structures Technician
We are seeking an experienced Airframe Technician to assist with the testing, adjusting, repairing, and general maintenance of airframe systems and components on various business jets (Bombardier, Falcons, Gulfstream, Dassault Falcon). The role involves working with minimal supervision, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and adherence to manufacturer and customer specifications. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing high-quality inspections, servicing, and maintenance of airframe systems.
- Conducting troubleshooting, function testing, and repairs of aircraft systems.
- Documenting work accurately, including turnovers, removal sheets, discrepancies, and corrective actions.
- Using the Duncan Aviation work order system to complete work orders and comply with FAA regulations.
Qualifications:
Must Have:
- 4+ years of Military experience (without A&P) or A&P license (new graduates accepted).
- 1-2 years of structures experience (with or without A&P).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred:
- A&P license (preferred but not required).
- Corporate or business jet experience.
- Sheet metal experience.
Compensation:
- Mechanic 1: $27-30/hr
- Mechanic 2: $30-35/hr (3-5 years experience)
- Mechanic 3: $35-45/hr (5+ years experience)
- Per diem (where applicable).
- Relocation bonus up to $7,000 (for moves over 250 miles).

Work Environment:
- Temperature-controlled hangar with heated floors in winter.
- Shifts: 1st (6:00 am - 4:00 pm), 2nd (2:00 pm - 12:00 am), Weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday, 3 12-hour shifts).
