This position may be based at one of our U.S. southeast service locations including Chamblee, GA; Rock Hill, SC; Sarasota, FL; or Westminster, MD.
The AOG Coordinator serves as the centralized point of contact for all Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events in the Southeast region. This role is responsible for 24/7 coordination of customer communications, technician dispatch, and logistical support to ensure rapid, consistent, and high-quality AOG response. The AOG Coordinator enables operational efficiency, protects shop-floor schedules, and supports world-class customer service while ensuring compliance with FAA, Repair Station, and Pilatus quality standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination of Aircraft on Ground support activities including assessment of incoming events and dispatch of technicians
- Operation of the designated AOG hotline serving as the primary communication hub for customer AOG inquiries
- Monitoring of technician availability across service locations to support rapid response and resource allocation
- Dispatch coordination based on technician availability, qualifications, geographic location, and customer priority
- Communication of dispatch details to technicians including location, scope of work, and operational expectations
- Coordination of logistics including tooling, parts sourcing, transportation, shipping, and lodging for mobile maintenance teams
- Continuous communication with customers throughout AOG events including status updates and expectation management
- Coordination with maintenance operations and quality personnel to ensure compliance with work-away-from-station requirements
- Monitoring and tracking of AOG activity, response times, and operational outcomes for performance visibility and improvement initiatives
- Escalation of operational, safety, or customer concerns to leadership when required
Requirements
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation maintenance, business administration, operations management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in aviation maintenance repair operations, AOG coordination, dispatch, or related operational roles
- Knowledge of Part 145 repair station operations and work-away-from-station requirements
- Experience coordinating maintenance resources, technicians, and operational logistics in time sensitive environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Professional English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple operational priorities
- Ability to work effectively under time sensitive and high pressure operational conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
- Ability to support a 24/7 operational model including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
WHAT WE OFFER

The salary range is $130,000 - $158,000 per year depending on experience. Pay rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with spanet data.
