Job Title: Aviation Component InspectorJob Description
Responsible for ensuring all inspections are properly performed and recorded and all records are properly executed. Responsible for the certification of aerospace parts. Maintaining strict organization of the technical library (OEM(s)’, Authorities’, and Repair Station’s Technical Publications). Liaises with Technical Data providers on ensuring the possession of the current Technical Data before performing work. Issuing, revising, and updating internal Repair Station’s technical publications. Issuing internal Temporary Revisions and incorporating them into their respective manuals. Merges the library contents into the ERP system and/or revise the data in the ERP system. Communicates information regarding revisions to respective users. Archiving Work Order Packages. Manages the Repair Station’s Calibration Program. Provides Administrative support for the Chief Inspector (e.g. issuing PO(s) for waste material). Provides Support to the AS9110 approval, as needed.
Hard Skills
A&P license
AS9110 (or similar experience)
3+ years of experience as an inspector
ITAR compliant
blueprints and technical data experience

This is a fully on-site position in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Work Environment
1st shift: 7-3:30, working 40 hours right now. This could include some hours on Saturdays. Working in a service center, so it is not an airport/airfield. Very clean and temperature-controlled. Located in the north part of Milwaukee.
