Aerotek is seeking structures mechanics to support a top aviation company in Greenville, SC!
Selected candidates will have:
• 6+ years of on-aircraft heavy structures experience. Please clearly indicate on your resume your aircraft platform experience and years of experience with aircraft heavy structures.
• Demonstrated experience on close tolerance drilling, reaming, removal, and installation to critical support structures including doublers, triplers, seat tracks, planks, stringers, etc.
• The ability to obtain customer approval for aircraft access, for which Dual citizenship or prior citizenship of any other country may preclude the ability to obtain access.
Job Description:
This mechanic will maintain, repair and modify aircraft structures and structural components of moderate difficulty, maintains and repairs aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical components, applies technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems in determining equipment malfunctions and applies required expertise in restoring equipment condition and or operation, and applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as; blueprints or manufactures manuals.
Pay: $35-38/hr with per diem split for candidates relocating.
No tools required, must be willing to work any shift.
