- Must be qualified to work in the US with a clear background.
- A&P Certificate preferred, not required.
- Fabrication experience, manufacturing experience, or experience in aviation construction and maintenance is beneficial.
- Must have Quality Workmanship with an eye for detail.
- Ability to read and understand drawings, manuals, and written and verbal instructions.
- Outstanding work ethic and commitment to successfully completing jobs and assignments, personally and as a part of a team.
- Proficiency with or willingness to learn to operate various shop equipment and hand tools including cutting and grinding tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a shop environment and use required shop and personal safety equipment to work in a safe manner.
- Quality workmanship with an eye for detail.
- Confident to work in confined space for extended periods of time.
- Open availability to work shifts if required.
- Open to traveling if required.
