Director of Maintenance

We are looking for a career driven individual to join our aircraft maintenance team. We offer aircraft maintenance for Cessna including Citation, Bombardier, Falcon, Beechcraft products, and more.

• High School Diploma or equivalency degree required
• FAA Airframe and Power Plant Certificates required
• IA Certificate (Preferred but not required)
• 7-10 Years' General Aviation experience
• Diversified jet, turboprop, piston, modification, phase inspection, or other relative aircraft maintenance experience required
• Use of arithmetic, blueprints, and specifications plus knowledge of jet a piston airframe and engine principals
• 5-7 Years' aviation management experience
• Must possess excellent mechanical aptitude and desire to work
• Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Good communication and work ethics is a must
• Available to work Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or 8am- 5pm
• Available to be on a rotating AOG on call schedule that will require overtime and weekends
• Must possess excellent organizational and computer skills
• Must be goal-oriented, have exceptional attention to detail, work well directing others, and leadership skills
