Engine Shop Technicians

We are partnered with a leading authorized Rolls-Royce Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul Center (AMROC) for M250 / RR300 turbine engines.  Trusted by OEM’s and relied on by operators worldwide, our MRO services include the highest quality overhauls and modifications. 

We are currently hiring skilled Technicians to join our team in our new, temperature controlled 15 thousand square foot facility based in Louisiana.  Offering competitive pay, benefits and Sign-On Bonus.

Job Description:

• Disassemble and assemble engines, modules, components, and assemblies in accordance with customer specifications, regulatory standards and company guidelines
• Troubleshoot to identify problems and adjust repairs
• Interpret manuals, drawings, and specifications
• Operate a range of machinery, tools, jigs, and fixtures
• Maintain all FAA/DOT mandates and regulations

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in repairing and overhauling Rolls-Royce M250 and/or RR300 Engines
• FAA Powerplant Certification is preferred but not mandatory, depending on experience
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
