Equipment Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced GSE Mechanic to join our team at the Atlanta, GA Airport location. The successful candidate will be responsible for disassembling, testing, calibrating, repairing, documenting, and reassembling ground support equipment and maintenance tooling for aircraft engines. A strong mechanical knowledge and experience with hydraulics are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, test, calibrate, repair, document, and reassemble ground support equipment.
• Perform maintenance on tooling for aircraft engines.
• Inspect machinery and equipment, write out work orders, and read manuals.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge and hydraulics experience in daily tasks.
• Travel to the UK for training for one week as needed.

• 1+ years of experience in servicing machinery/equipment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• Experience with hydraulic systems and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency in MS Suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license.

• Blueprint reading.
• Ability to travel for training to the UK with a valid passport.

Will be working onsite at the Atlanta Airport!
