About This Role

We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing mechanical engineering support on both next generation technologies of prototype and development as well as proven platforms already in production that support and protect our deployed warfighter  


• Opportunities that range from solid modeling, fabrication and assembly, structural design, fastening and joining, and operations of measurement tools


• Fulfilling daily responsibilities including research and trade studies, developing mechanical design concepts, performance calculations, structural and thermal analysis, and hands-on support of testing and troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field


• Experience with Product Data Management Tools and Configuration Management Processes


• Capable of designing using 3D CAD software, Siemens NX experience is preferred


• Ability to work 40 hours/week


• Ability to obtain security clearance


• Minimum GPA of 3.0
