At Honeywell Advanced Connected Sustainability Technologies (ACST), ouroutstanding team of scientists, engineers, and professionals developgroundbreaking technology by applying their expertise in complex hardware andsoftware control systems, experimental physics, high vacuum environments,cryogenics, cyber security, and more.
YOUR ROLE WILLINCLUDE:
- Implementing sample environments in support of laboratory experimentation
- Performing subsystem and component testing
- Low temperature laboratory experiments
- Promoting the design and development of integrated solutions with cryogenics being a key component
- Partnering with the Principal Investigator, Program Manager, and the Project Engineer for project execution
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Pursing masters degree or PhD in mechanicalengineering with completed bachelors degree in science or engineering
- Experience with thermal, fluid, solidmechanics or cosmology, astrophysics, quantum physics, cryogenics
- USCitizenship is required due to contractual requirements and to obtain security clearance

- Proven track record of working with systems investigating physical phenomena, particularly as applied to cryogenic systems
- Comprehension of experimental design to gather the desired data
- Knowledge of systems investigatingphysical phenomena, particularly as applied to cryogenic systems
- Demonstrated ability to design, analyze, operate, build, and test complex systems
- Experiencewith modeling, simulation tools, analytical techniques, and related fields(e.g., Matlab, Python, Mathematica, COMSOL, SolidWorks, JMP, Minitab)
