In partnership with an industry leader in electromechanical, manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain solutions we are looking to add to their Quality Assurance – Inspection team in the Richardson spanet. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for providing quality support to ensure the material review for purchased or consigned parts meet quality standards through electrical, visual and/or mechanical examination to ensure conformance to specifications.
What You’ll Be Doing
Perform and record inspections on the raw material & products to verify acceptability
Separate and return non-conforming materials
Support review & correction of the uploaded files and format of documents in the document control system
Monitors product quality problems and escalates to Quality Team Leader as needed.
Use equipment such as microscopes, optical comparators, pin gauges, coordinate measuring machine, surface plate and various hand tools to verify parts meet dimensional specs and tolerances
What We’re Looking For
High School education or equivalent (electronics and mechanical vocational training desirable)
Must have electrical testing experience
2+ year experience in a quality or technical related position
Demonstrates the ability to make inspection decisions through the use of blueprints, inspection procedures and process sheets.
Working knowledge of measurement tools and inspection equipment required to test electrical components.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
