KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
• Moderate computer skills to use Microsoft and various computer systems.
• Usage of basic hand gaging.
• Ability to perform measurements with the use of bench metrology tools such as Micro-Hite.
• Understanding of AS9100 Environments, experience preferred.
• Familiarity working to DoD standards such as MIL-STD-130.
• Understanding of AS9102 First Article Inspection standard
• Familiarity with ANSI/ASME Y 14.5 (GD & T).QUALIFICATIONS:
• This position requires a minimum of a High School diploma/GED
• Four (4) years Quality experience, minimum of four (4) years working with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements (Government and/or Commercial)
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance
• Familiarity with Costpoint or other ERP/MRP systems used to receive parts.
• Understanding of Aviation Condition Tags in accordance with DA PAM 738-751 preferred.
• Understanding of IPC-WHMA-620 (wire harness inspection), MIL-STD-454 preferred.
• Understanding of IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001 (for possible PCB inspections a plus) preferred.
