Job Description

Perform progressive and final inspection of articles, subassemblies, major assemblies, installations, and related components to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and drawings, maintenance, repair and alteration documents, Airworthiness Directives, and Service Bulletins in accordance with the quality system, department policy, management direction and regulatory rules and guidance.

Hard Skills

  • A&P license
  • 5 years of aircraft systems work
  • 3 years working in an MRO or flight department

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Wichita, Kansas.

Work Environment

1st shift - Mon-Thur; 5:30am-4pm, 2nd shift - Mon-Fri; 3pm-11:30pm, Weekend shift - Thurs-Sat; 4:30am-4:30pm. Overtime and weekend work is to be expected. The work setting includes a well-lit, clean hangar space housing 6-7 aircraft, with a current team of 370 full-time employees. Dress code includes jeans, work shirts, and closed-toed shoes.
