Summary:
The quality team is seeking a Machining Quality Specialist/Inspector who will play a key role in upholding our commitment to product quality. The Quality Specialist will ensure that every aspect of our inspection process meets the highest standards of precision and efficiency. With an aggressive focus on automation and process excellence, we are looking for someone who thrives in a high-volume, high-mix inspection environment.
Required Skills:
2 or more years of inspection experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Demonstrated experience in a high-volume inspection role within aerospace or another industry with stringent tolerance requirements
Full proficiency with all hand and mechanical inspection tools
Desired Skills:
PC-DMIS programming experience
Aerospace inspection experience
Machining experience
Experience with optical measurement devices (e.g., comparator, structured light scanning, optical profilometers) is preferred
