Job Title: Soldering Assembler Job Description: Join our Manufacturing team as a Soldering Assembler and help scale our drone production. Youll focus on precision soldering for 8 hours a day and manage the soldering process.
Responsibilities:
- Solder electronic components onto PCBs following schematics.
- Inspect and test soldered joints.
- Rework and repair defective components.
- Maintain a clean work area and tools.
- Follow safety guidelines.
- Collaborate to meet production goals.
- Document assembly issues.
Essential Skills:
- Basic soldering skills.
- Experience with hand/power tools.
- Ability to read SOPs and follow directions.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of soldering experience.
- Assembly experience in manufacturing.
- No specific education requirements.
