As a Senior Field Service Technician - Fire Alarm Tech here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for fire alarm systems. You will work closely with customers to ensure the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems. Your knowledge and skills will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers buildings and assets.
You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and youll work out of our Mason & Cincinnati, OH locations.
In this role, you will impact the safety and security of our customers by:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing fire alarm systems
- Conducting inspections and tests to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Providing training and support to customers and field service technicians
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Test, inspect, install, and maintain fire alarm systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Provide excellent customer service and support
YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience working with fire alarm systems, including testing, inspecting, installing, and maintaining
- A valid Fire Alarm License in both Kentucky and Ohio
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of fire alarm systems
WE VALUE
- NICET II FAS Certification
- Experience programming Fire Alarm Systems
- Experience with Honeywell Fire Alarm Systems
- Strong customer service skills
