Job Title: Structures MechanicJob Description
We are seeking three experienced Structures Mechanics to join our team at the Falcon Jet Service Center. In this role, you will modify, troubleshoot, repair, and inspect all aircraft structures, both primary and secondary. You will operate test equipment and tooling used in the repair of aircraft structures, interpret technical manuals and engineering data to support tasks, and complete assigned tasks within the allocated man-hour budgets and on schedule while maintaining quality standards and adhering to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Modify, troubleshoot, repair, and inspect all aircraft structures, both primary and secondary.
- Operate test equipment and tooling used in the repair of aircraft structures.
- Interpret technical manuals and engineering data to support tasks.
- Complete assigned tasks within the allocated man-hour budgets and on schedule.
- Maintain quality standards and perform tasks within the guidelines of all safety and regulatory regulations.
Essential Skills- Experience in aircraft mechanical and structural maintenance.
- Proficiency in using tools such as drills, reamers, and countersinks.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Bench structures or direct sheetmetal assembly experience.
- Heavy riveting experience.
- Experience in grinding down rust of existing components.
- Experience reshaping damaged pieces back to the desired form using a jig setup.
- Ability to return components back to desired cosmetics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Maintenance and repair experience preferred, but candidates with a production history will also be considered.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled hangar with both 1st and 2nd shift openings. The schedule could be 5, 8-hour days or 4, 10-hour days. Candidates should be open to both schedules and some overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as workload dictates.
