Pay Rate: $35 - $42 per hour

Job ResponsibilitiesPerform troubleshooting, repairs, and inspections on customer aircraft.
Fabricate and modify structural components and perform minor composite repairs.
Conduct hidden damage inspections and assist with complex structural repairs.
Remove and install aircraft components as needed.
Operate ground support equipment and ensure compliance with environmental health and safety standards.
Document work performed per manuals and regulations, and participate in 5-S organizational activities.
Assist with off-site maintenance, towing, and other disciplines as required.
What We’re Looking ForExperience: Minimum 2 years in structural sheet metal repair/modification.
Technical Skills: Ability to interpret engineering drawings and communicate effectively (verbal and written).
Certifications: A Certification, A&P Certificate, or Repairman Certificate (preferred).
Tools & Training: Own basic hand tools, ability to obtain Ground Support Equipment (GSE) qualifications, and a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge if applicable.
Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and non-scheduled workdays as needed.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $42.00 per hour
