Description du poste :

Relevant du HO PMBP (Project Management Business Partner) Fonctions Support Produit, dans votre rôle de gestionnaire de projet, vous assisterez les équipes collaborant au projet REACH s’intégrant dans plusieurs feuilles de route d’Airbus afin de rencontrer leurs objectifs et leurs livrables. Vous serez le bras droit du gestionnaire de projet sur des mandats stratégiques et importants. 

Le PMBP sera responsable d&39;établir les initiatives, les priorités et les jalons dans la mise en œuvre des projets relatifs aux demandes de projet soumises. 

Vous apporterez votre soutien au responsable de projet et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les autres PMO de la même portée pour synchroniser, compiler et proposer des ajustements au plan intégré (calendrier et ressources), et gérer les risques et les opportunités qui y sont liés.

Vous supervisez et coordonnez toutes les étapes des projets assignés, y compris la planification, la programmation, la coordination des actions, le respect des directives et l&39;exécution d&39;un travail de qualité, dans les délais et le budget. 

Vous serez également responsable du suivi de la progression des autres PMBP travaillant à différents lots de travail au sein du projet. 

Vos principales tâches seront :

• Mettre en place la structure de projet requise afin de suivre les différents besoins et les différents requis des projets confiés; 

• Mettre en place les gouvernances requises; 

• Mettre en place les tableaux de bord requis pour suivre la progression des livrables du projet et tout autre indicateur pertinent; 

• Faire les suivis d’avancement selon les besoins; 

• Faire le suivi des projets selon les meilleures pratiques d’affaires (Standard BX, LBIP &43;, MG Management); 

• S’assurer que les différents lots de travail sous le projet progressent selon la planification établie et les jalons requis; 

• Coordonner les différentes parties prenantes; 

• Gérer les indépendances entre les différents lots de travail de votre projet mais aussi avec les autres projets connexes de l’entreprise; 

• Mettre en place les suivis de coûts nécessaires aux projets sous votre charge et en assurer le maintien; 

• Structurer et gérer les différentes activités de gestion de changement (People Change Management);

• Mettre en place et garder vivant l’exercice de Risques et Opportunités liés à votre projet afin de les minimiser au maximum; Implanter des améliorations continues requises dans le cadre de vos fonctions;

En tant que candidat idéal:

• Vous êtes titulaire d’un baccalauréat en génie, en administration des affaires en gestion de projet,  ou l’équivalent ; 

• Vous avez de cinq (5) à dix (10) années d’expérience en gestion de projet ; 

• Vous êtes titulaire d’un PMP (un atout);

• Vous avez de solides aptitudes démontrées de leadership; 

• Vous êtes une personne préoccupée par la qualité des livrables de vos projets; 

• Vous êtes capable de faire valoir vos points lorsque nécessaire avec un esprit critique ; 

• Vous êtes capable de gérer plusieurs priorités en même temps; 

• Vous êtes capable d’évoluer dans un environnement avec des priorités changeantes rapidement et dont le niveau de pression peut être élevé; 

• Vous êtes une personne organisée ; 

• Vous avez un sens élevé de l&39;engagement et une volonté d&39;accepter des responsabilités; 

• Vous avez l&39;habileté d&39;apprendre rapidement;

• Vous êtes capable de présenter et de communiquer efficacement vos messages à des niveaux élevés de Leadership et vous êtes capable de gérer ces parties prenantes; 

• Vous avez l’habileté de synthétiser un grand nombre d’informations pour en faire ressortir ce qui est important; 

• Vous connaissez le processus de Gestion de Changement des modifications avion (un atout);

• Vous avez de l’expérience dans l’industrie aéronautique; 

• Vous avez de bonnes aptitudes pour communiquer tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit et tant en français qu’en anglais ; 

• Vous êtes un joueur d’équipe avec de solides aptitudes en communication, qui assure l’interface avec les nombreux partenaires d’affaires impliqués composé d’une attitude axée sur les solutions.

In your role you will:

Reporting to HO PMBP (Project Manager Business Partner) Product related functions, in your role of project manager, you will assist the team collaborating to the REACH project integrated in multiples Roadmap of Airbus to meet their objectives and deliverables. You will be the co-pilot of the Project Lead on important and strategic mandates.  

The PMBP will be responsible to establish initiatives, priorities, milestones in order to meet requests linked to submitted projects. 

You will give your support to the project responsible and you will work closely with the other PMBP of the same area in order to remove silos, synchronize, compile,  propose adjustments to the integrated plan and manage risks & opportunities related to. 

You will supervise and coordinate all the project steps including planification, actions coordination, respect of the alignment and the execution of quality, delays and budget. 

You will also be responsible for the other PMBP progression working on other streams of your project. 

Your main tasks will be:

• To implement  the project management structure required in order to follow the different needs and projects in charge; 

• To implement the required governances; 

• To implement  the required dashboard to follow project deliverables progression and any other related indicator; 

• Make the required follow-ups based on the needs; 

• Make projects management based on the best practices (Standard BX, LBIP &43;, MGate Management); 

• Ensure that the different working streams of the project are progressing as per the established planning and required milestones; 

• Manage the multiple stakeholders; 

• Manage the interdependencies between the different streams of your project but also with other related projects of the company; 

• Put in place the cost follow-up required for the projects under your management and ensure its maintaining; 

• Structure and manage the People Change Management activities from the Roadmap to the execution; 

• Put in place the Risks & Opportunities exercice link to your mandate in order to minimize them at their maximum; 

• Implantation of continuous improvement actions related to your functions; 

As our ideal candidate:

• You have a bachelor degree in Engineering, in Business administration,  in Project management, or the equivalent; 

• You have from ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of experience in project management; 

• You are PMP certify (an advantage);

• You have knowledge of the Agile methodology in Project Management; 

• You have strong leadership skills demonstrated; 

• You are a person concerned by the quality of the deliverables of your project; 

• You are able to defend your point of view when necessary  with a critical mindset; 

• You can manage multiple priorities at the same time; 

• You feel comfortable to evolve in an environment where the priorities are changing rapidly and where the level of stress can be high; 

• You are an organized person; 

• You have a high level of commitment and you accept responsibilities; 

• You have the ability to learn quickly; 

• You are able to present and to communicate efficiently your points to senior management team and you are able to manage them; 

• You are able to synthesize a high volume of information to give back a corporate message;

• You have knowledge of the Aircraft Change Management process (an advantage); 

• You have experience in aeronautic industry;

• You have communication skills both orally and in writing in French and in English;

• You are a team player with solid aptitudes in communication ensuring the interface with multiple business partners involved composed with a can do attitude.
