Honeywell Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) is searchingfor an Account Manager II to join our team. We are a $1.3B business and along-time player in protecting people on the job. We are focused on protectingpeople in the construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, utilities, andtransportation industries head-to-toe with everything from hard hats, eyewearand masks to clothing, gloves, work boots, electrical safety gear and fallprotection. In short, PPE enables people everywhere the protection needed toperform their jobs and return home safely.

As a member of the PPE sales team, you will be helping buildour business with existing end customers and channel partners. You will definesales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with criticalbusiness objectives. As our face to the customer, you are key to discoveringnew customer needs and opportunities that drive increased revenue.

We support our critical sales roles with world-classmarketing and sales excellence programs that include a range of training inareas from leadership to selling skills, all backed by modern selling tools andtechnology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage existing book of business to meet or exceedassigned sales quota
  • Identify & generate opportunities and prospect for newbusiness
  • Manage and plan accounts
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Articulate and deliver customer value proposition
  • Manage momentum through the sales cycle
  • Establish rapport with customers
  • Domestic travel up to 50
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 3+ years of customer facing outside sales experience
  • 1+ years of experience with CRM tool (Ex: Salesforce.com)

  • Experience with personal protective equipment and/or safety-relatedsales 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixedenvironment
