The Associate Director Integrated Customer Solutions (ICS), Fighter & Mobility Strategy and Campaign Lead, and Deputy Fighter & Mobility Programs serves two critical roles. 

As the Key Campaign Lead, this individual is responsible for developing and executing strategic campaign pursuit plans, conducting competitive analysis, developing and sustain customer relationships and developing winning proposals - all towards the objective of capturing new business to grow the Fighter and Mobility portfolio.

As the F&M Deputy this individual is responsible for supporting the ICS Director in developing and executing key Fighter & Mobility campaigns including coordinating across RTX for “One RTX” pursuits.  Ensuring clear and transparent communication up the executive leadership chain.  Representing the F&M ICS Director’s interests and providing leadership and support to the F&M ICS team.

What You Will Do:

  • Developing and executing key Campaign Strategies to include: customer requirements, market analysis, competitive intelligence and analysis and key campaign objectives.
  • Lead proposal development through the Military Engine’s Business Acquisition Process.
  • Develop strong working relationships and have close contact, coordination and alignment on a variety of subjects and actions with the PWME program teams, USG, industry partners (Lockheed Martin, Boeing, etc.), and RTX (GGR, Collins, Raytheon).
  • Experience working in a highly complex matrixed organizations and demonstrated ability to collaborate with all stakeholders to complete the mission.
  • Support the F&M Director in several areas to include Team support and direction on campaigns; executive communications; tradeshow, conference and media events coordination; RTX level initiatives.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or other related field with 12+ years’ experience in Strategy, business development, program, or project management; or advanced degree with 10+ years’ experience required
  • MBA
  • 10+ yrs experience working with the USG, DoD and Weapon Systems Contractors with a preference for Aerospace programs.
  • 5+ yrs supervisory experience; 5+ yrs international experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Active Security Clearance, or ability to obtain one.
  • Strategic thinker who can turn strategy into actions.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to solve complex problems and develop creative and practical solutions.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication from the flight line to the commanders.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to work multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Minimum Program Qualifications

To qualify for the Raytheon Technologies, Re-Empower Program, candidates should:​

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
