Program Management and Continuous Improvement
• Process design and implementation: Understand the core model configuration for the S2P end-to-end process. Develop gap analysis considering current state processes and defined requirements. Re-engineer/design processes to improve delivery, reduce complexity, eliminate waste or redundancy, and foster organization wide collaboration.
• Program and process management: Manage the ongoing processes, including monitoring progress, identifying risks, and mitigating issues. Oversee third party technical team responsible for monitoring the tool performance and troubleshooting issues. Act as the primary point of escalation related to Ariba issue resolution. Drive improvement initiatives to strengthen operational performance through effective KPI monitoring and Root Cause Analysis, with focus on both short and long-term remediation plans.
• Project and stakeholder management: Ensure needs and expectations of key groups involved are addressed in planning and executing project deliverables.
• Process documentation: Maintain and update process documentation related to all business process changes. Revise IGS Policy to reflect key elements for purchasing control and compliance.
• Communication and change management: Communicate process changes, provide training (as required) and assess impact to stakeholders to maximize benefits while minimizing disruption.
New Deployments
• Collaborate with Project Manager ensuring on time and on budget project execution.
• Gather operational requirements and existing legacy processes at targeted new sites and perform gap analysis with Ariba Procure to Pay existing core model.
• Act as P2P process owner and gate keeper ensuring minimum deviations.
• Collaborate with other project stakeholders including Bombardier IT team, third party integrator, SAP Ariba experts and supplier enablement team.
• Develop and execute effective change management plan both internally at the targeted new site and externally with impacted suppliers.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Operation Management or Business Management or preferably a Master’s degree in business (MBA)
• You have 10+ years’ experience in supply chain management.
• You have a PMP certification or as a Scrum master preferably
• You demonstrated experience in Ariba S2P deployment projects and program management.
• You have functional experience with SAP S4HANA and with data management and/or analysis
• You demonstrated experience in change management techniques and best practices.
• You have proven ability to forge strong, long-term working relationships and problem-solving.
• You have strong written and oral communication skills; ability to distill complex thoughts and ideas to a diverse audience.
• You can work under time pressure and to provide proactive solutions
• You are bilingual (French and English)
