Crew Leader

The Crew Leader reports to the Crew Chief and is assigned to a project on aircraft, coordinating with 3-7 technicians on the aircraft at any given time.

• Reports to crew chief and will get assigned a project assigned on an aircraft.
• Roughly 3-7 techs on aircraft at any given time.
• Perform multiple duties at the same time like order parts, keep projects running, follow up on part orders, handle hazardous waste disposal.
• Lead will in charge of aircraft at a time. Backup Crew Chief when that person is out.
• Work hand in hand with Avionics Lead on coordinating projects that are going on at the same time.
• Verbal and written project updates to customers.
• Will be a working crew chief doing hands on mods/repairs.
• A&P required.
• 2+ years of supervisor or leadership experience, 5+ years of total experience.
• Falcon experience preferred, Gulfstream experience is good as well.
• Maintenance tracking systems like Flight Docs, Camp Corridor operating system a plus Leadership experience in the military could count towards their leadership experience.

Pay:

• $40/hour – $47/hour

Work Schedule:

• Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with flexibility for early/late starts and weekends as project demands require.
• There may be occasional road trips within a 4-hour radius for a few days at a time, though these are infrequent.

Placement Options:

• Contract to Hire (6 months)
