Description:We are Lockheed Martin

Quality Delivery and Sustainment Representative supporting F-22 Flight Test operations with potential support for F-16 and F-35 Flight Test Programs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provides guidance based on policies and procedures
• Performs surveillance on maintenance related functions
• Performs preliminary review of Material Review Board
dispositions
• Assists with root cause analysis and corrective action
plans
• Collaborates with multiple functions/departments to
assure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Reviews and authors Quality processes and
procedures
• Performs audit and records keeping of aircraft
documents
• Oversees configuration management of aircraft parts
• Manages Engineering Inspection Requests on assigned
aircraft

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related
discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education,
with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of
professional experience with a related Masters degree.
• Ability to multitask, clear concise verbal and written skills
• Experience reading and comprehending blueprints,
engineering specifications and drawings, technical data
and planning documents.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications for
development of quality standards, methods, work
instructions and procedures.
• Knowledge / experience evaluating risk when
establishing new processes, automated controls and
improvements
• Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Must possess a Secret Clearance to start.
Desired Skills:
• Root cause analysis and corrective action experience.
• Previous Quality Control/Assurance experience.
• Green Belt, Black Belt, ASQ CQE or CMQQE training/certification.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 and 8210
• Demonstrated quality science experience in the following areas: statistical analysis, statistical process control, sampling, six sigma, process auditing or validation, and supplier quality management.
• Ability to design and analyze inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equipment
• Ability to interpret performance specifications and other systems integration technical data
• Demonstrated ability to work at all levels to identify and drive root cause corrective actions
• Demonstrated understanding of audit techniques
• Demonstrated presentation skills
• Individual should be a self-starter, with an attention to detail, who can work autonomously with minimal direction in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $74,700 - $143,100 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $85,900 - $161,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
