Boeing Digital is looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to execute our end-to-end campaigns and increase full funnel demand for our digital solutions in Englewood CO or Seattle, WA. Working closely with Demand Generation, Content and Product Marketing teams, your role will be to execute the B2B demand generation strategy to create a seamless experience for customers to learn about our products and move through our funnel. This role will develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Own the development and delivery of marketing campaigns designed to engage key targets for targeted market segments, partnering with sales, product marketing, marketing operations, customer, content and more
  • Responsible for executing pipeline generating activities including webinars, digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), event promotion, and follow-up campaigns to deliver meaningful demand to the revenue organization
  • Continually analyze and optimize performance to ensure meaningful impact against goals
  • Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
  • Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets
  • Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention
  • Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
  • Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes

This position allows some telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at the listed location option. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in B2B demand generation
  • Experience with building out complex multi-channel programs including email, social, digital and web and reporting on the results
  • Strong project management skills and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
  • Experience working in partnership with sales leaders and teams
  • Fluent in marketing automation and CRM capabilities with hands-on experience (SFDC, Marketo, 6Sense a big plus)
  • The desire to roll up your sleeves, move fast and get the job done

   

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in military or selling into military markets and DoD is preferred.
  • SaaS experience preferred

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor’s) and typically 9 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master’s and typically 7 or more years’ related work experience.)

Senior

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor’s) and typically 14 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master’s and typically 12 or more years’ related work experience.)

Relocation:

Summary pay range:

Experienced:  124,950 – 169,050

Senior:  150,450 – 203,550
