Job Description:

•Build the 3-year digital roadmap aligned with our industrial strategy.•Define the target architecture for all industrial systems and ensure coherence and integration.•Lead the collection and consolidation of business needs (production, quality, maintenance, PPC…).•Produce high-level functional specifications and evaluate digital opportunities.•Coordinate the digital project portfolio and support prioritization.•Work closely with IT on technical feasibility, cybersecurity, and system integration.•Support change management and adoption of new digital solutions.
Job Requirements:

Profile：•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.•7–15 years of experience in industrial technology roles, with strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial systems.•Deep knowledge of IT/OT convergence and hands-on expertise in MES, SCADA, PLC, IIoT, and cloud architectures.•Experience with ERP, MES, QMS, PLM, and driving digital transformation initiatives in factory environments.•Strong capability in process modeling, requirements structuring, and managing complex cross-functional projects.•Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)：•Adoption of architecture standards•Successful digital project delivery•Improved data quality and system reliability•Cybersecurity compliance•Stakeholder satisfaction
