Our Aeronautics Security and Emergency Services (SES) team plays a vital role in protecting the organization and ensuring the safety of our people and assets. We are currently seeking a Senior Security Professional to join the Fort Worth Counterintelligence and Investigations team.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead, plan, and coordinate executive protection operations for senior Lockheed Martin executives.
-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the safety and security of high-level personnel during travel and events.
-Develop and implement security strategies that address potential threats, risks, and vulnerabilities.
-Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, identifying and mitigating risks to executives in various settings.
-Provide expert counterintelligence support, including investigations and analysis to safeguard company assets.
-Ensure all protection operations comply with company protocols and legal requirements while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

-Proven experience in executive protection, counterintelligence, and security operations.
-Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex protection operations.
-Ability to assess and respond to security threats in dynamic environments.
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree

At least 15-years of armed security protection experience, including planning, advancing and executing executive protection operations

Experience working with executives.

Possess a current Drivers License with a clean record, a valid passport, and be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally based upon the schedule of the protectees.

Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Security clearance.
Desired Skills:
Well-established liaison network in the intelligence, diplomatic and federal law enforcement communities

At least 20-years of law enforcement experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
