Arconic is currently in search of an Extrusion Lead to join our BCS Team in Springdale, Arkansas.

Job Duties:
- Drive the day to day operational staffing
- Keep an up-to-date schedule posted;
- Manage training plans to bridge skills gaps and update the training/skills matrix;
- Monitor attendance and manage violations;
- Ensure weekly EHS and Human Resources SPL and TBT are completed and turned in on time;
- Ensure C8 completion;
- Manage all supplies and tooling orders;
- Keep track of all extrusion supplies and reorder as needed;
- Manage Production Control “Lists”;
- Manage all TPM coordination with Maintenance;
- Manage/assign labor for each AM;
- Complete tasks and add comments in EAM;
- Audit AM’s and provide feedback to Leads;
- Review/revise AM tasks as needed
- Other tasks as deemed necessary
Requirements:
- Prior leadership experience;
- Must be fluent in JDE, WorkBrain, MS Suite;
- Must have general knowledge of Extrusion processes.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting on a regular basis;
- Must be able to stand in one place for extended periods of time.
