Honeywells ACST team is seeking a Facilities Site Expansion Leader for our Golden Valley, MN, Broomfield, CO, Phoenix, AZ, or appropriate Honeywell location.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

•       Leading the end-to-end strategic and execution of real estate expansion plans for ACST to meet the needs of the business

 •       Developing and maintaining the tactical efforts within a Management Operating System in the coordination of cross-functional teams within Honeywell, both internal and external to ACST, to execute the real estate expansion plans

•       Collaborating with any landlords and sub-tenants to ACST to address issues and concerns

•       Leading efforts to develop and maintain a Sustainability Plan in alignment with broader Honeywell sustainability goals across all ACST sites through coordination with cross-functional teams both internal and external to ACST

•       Supporting the efforts to develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans across all ACST sites through coordination with cross-functional teams both internal and external to ACST

•       Regular formal and informal interaction with Senior Leaders within ACST and Honeywell

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 6+ years experience in roles in facilities management, real estate management, or similar
• 6+ years experience in project management, management operating system development, or similar
• U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Salary Range:$137,000 - $171,000
