Honeywells ACST teamis seeking a Facilities Leader for each of these locations:  

Broomfield, CO, Golden Valley, MN, and Chandler,AZ.

As a Facilities Leader here atHoneywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficientoperation of our facilities. You will be responsible for overseeing themanagement and maintenance of all physical assets, including buildings, equipment,and infrastructure. Your leadership and strategic planning skills will beessential in optimizing facility resources, reducing costs, and improvingefficiency.

You will report directly to our Sr HSEManager and work out of our designated location in either Chandler, AZ,Broomfield, CO or Golden Valley, MN. The work schedule for this role will bedetermined as per the companys policy, which will be onsite.

In this role, you will have asignificant impact on the overall performance of our facilities. Yourresponsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing a team of facilities professionals,ensuring efficient and effective operations and construction.
  • Leading a team of HSE professionals, ensuring efficient andeffective operations. HSE professionals will matrix into and be accountable toour HSE Manager for ACST.
  • Developing and implementing maintenance plans, schedules,and strategies to ensure facilities are well-maintained, improved as required,and compliant with regulations.
  • Participating in budget planning and managing allocatedfunds for maintenance activities, seeking cost-effective solutions whilemaintaining high facility standards.
  • Overseeing the management of facility assets, includingequipment and infrastructure, and planning for replacements, upgrades, orrepairs as needed.
  • Ensuring facilities meet safety, environmental, andregulatory requirements, managing permits and certifications, and addressingcompliance issues proactively.
  • Collaborating with external vendors and contractors forspecialized maintenance services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring work iscompleted to specifications and within budget.
  • Implementing energy-saving practices and sustainableinitiatives to reduce operational costs and minimize the environmentalfootprint of facility operations.
  • Establishing and enforcing quality control standards,conducting regular inspections and performance assessments to ensuremaintenance work consistently meets established criteria.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive emergency responseplans for facility-related incidents.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments, seniormanagement, and external stakeholders to understand their facility needs andprovide regular updates on facilities management initiatives.

Salary Range:$102,000 - $128,000

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 6+years of experience in facilities management
  • Provenleadership and management skills
  • Strongknowledge of facilities management best practices and industry trends
  • Ability toprioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Experiencewith budget management and financial analysis
