Description:Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for data analysis and a desire to make a significant impact on the performance of the F-35 Fleet? Join our team as a Fleet Reliability Analytics Manager and lead our Analytics team in managing critical support functions such as F-35 fleet performance data capture, metric and driver analysis.

As a leader, you will be at the helm of a skilled team responsible for analyzing intricate field data, pinpointing specific performance degraders affecting the F-35 fleet, and acting as the primary liaison for customer analytics. Your strategic guidance and decision-making will be instrumental in driving success and fostering strong relationships. You will collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders, supporting proposal development, negotiations, contract execution, and Performance Incentive Fee achievement.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Fleet Reliability Analytics Manager, you will also:
• Lead and coordinate with data scientists and other stakeholders to develop innovative data analysis methodologies
• Utilize advanced analytics to extract valuable insights from large datasets, helping to shape business strategies
• Spearhead the implementation of machine learning models to automate data processes and enhance predictive analytics
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analytical purposes through rigorous validation and testing
To excel in this position, you will need an in-depth knowledge of aircraft systems, Sustainment Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements, maintenance procedures, and common engineering practices. An advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred, along with proven experience as a data analyst or data scientist.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or STEM related discipline

• Experience with sustainment of major air vehicles and/or sustainment performance metrics

• Experience with problem analysis techniques

• Experience working with cross-functional groups and customer stakeholders.

• Experience presenting reports to leadership
Desired Skills:
• Master’s Degree a plus.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills advantageous

• Experience with systems engineering approaches and configuration management

• In depth knowledge of the F-35 specific performance metric measures, aircraft readiness degraders, and readiness reporting techniques

• Reliability and Maintainability experience preferred

• Experience in international programs and dealing with foreign customers and basic knowledge of the F-35 global industrial base

• Experience with the proposal development process to include statement of work (SOW) inputs and development of basis of estimate (BOE) rationale

• Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft sustainment data and related processes/toolsets with a working knowledge of the F-35 Sustainment modeling & reporting environment to include processes, tools, data sources, and model construct

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
