The Fleet Supervisor position is available in Columbus, OH. The Fleet Supervisor will spearhead goal setting, deliver impactful briefings, influence methodologies, and drive actions that propel fleet performance to the pinnacle of excellence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Monitor fleet performance and devise contnuous improvement programs
  • Organize divisional reviews of fleet programs
  • Optimize the maintenance program for assigned fleets 
  • Manage the life cycle costs of designated fleets
  • Engage in industry activities to remain abreast of new techniques and procedures
  • Establish benchmarks and advise on sourcing of Maintenance Operations
  • Contribute to the Reliability Assurance Program Control.
  • Troubleshoot systems with crew  as needed and ensure aircraft systems are in optimal condition
  • Ensure vendors adhere to proper techniques and tooling in maintaining aircraft
  • Assist vendors in troubleshooting of aircraft systems, research parts, and research various documentation
  • Document ongoing aircraft issues for future maintenance events
  • Review and revise work orders, approve discrepancies, and ensure accurate compliance with agreed work
  • Monitor Senior Maintenance Controllers and Maintenance Controllers to confirm the ordering parts, shipping parts, receiving parts, and check documentation for accuracy prior to the return to service of the aircraft.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Valid Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
  • 5 years’ experience on turbine-powered aircraft
  • Analytical mindset, Determination, Strong technical acument, Innate curiousity.
