To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Honours.
- Minimum 8+ Years of experience in extensive policy design and implementation for both start up scenarios and evolution of existing content.
- Previous experience in an HR policy role focussing on modernisation of style, content, language and accessibility, to ensure HR policies are fit for purpose, and align with the business and HR strategy.
- Project management experience and a track record of designing and implementing complex projects.
- Ability to apply professional/specialist knowledge to analyse complex problems and recommend solutions/plans of action.
- HR Systems knowledge, with previous experience of partnering with an IT function on system solutions.
You’ll have an edge if you are:
- Experienced in the aviation/ airline operations industry.
- Have a positive attitude and an ability to driving discernible change and delivery, at pace, in a pressurised environment.
- Agile and innovative mind-set with the tenacity to adapt and thrive in a constantly changing environment.
