Our employees are not only part of history, theyre making history. Selected candidate will lead the IBCS effort in support of Delivery Order operations and the production of IBCS Major End Items. Effort will ensure the successful completion of tasks and requirements inclusive of coordination, supervision, and support to the IBCS production effort for all logistics operations as directed by the Logistics Program Manager. Individual will be responsible for developing processes, writing work instructions, and leading continuous improvement activities related to the logistics requirements associated with manufacturing operations.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with 14 years of related experience. Masters degree and 10 years. PHD and 8 years.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to effectively communicate vertically as well as horizontally within the IBCS Organization and the US Government Customer Organization
Ability to create briefing packages, reports, and other forms of written communication and clearly articulate the information to Senior Management or Executives
Ability to read and understand product and engineering drawings, Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals, Maintenance Publications
Possess a strong understanding of the material replenishment system
Ability to adhere to Statement of Work requirements and ensure team members understand, support, and successfully meet all Statement of Work tasks
Demonstrated experience building and controlling complex integrated resource schedules
Ability to estimate resource requirements, evaluate and estimate costs associated with sparing, and process the demand load
Demonstrated experience in the use of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), schedule development, and allocation of resources
Have experience in developing resource, cost, and schedule estimations in support of proposal responses
Willing to travel up to 10
Possess an Active Secret Clearance
Ability to work across multiple disciplines of Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain (GSC) and Logistics
Demonstrated outgoing, positive personality, solid work ethic, commitment to individual and team success, with a strong work-life balance approach is paramount to this position

Salary Range: $122,600 - $184,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current spanet conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
