Job Description:
Tasks
- Managing applications and services within the SAP landscape with focus on SAP ERP FI/CO and S/4 HANA Finance
- Contributing to upcoming activities related to S/4 HANA transformation (IT landscape definition, data migration, testing)
- Ensuring a smooth operation of the Finance IT applications for LGBS and its worldwide LH Group customers
- One of focus areas are treasury related IT applications
- Supporting and consulting internal LGBS business units and customers in LH group in IT related issues in the field of Finance
- Designing and implementing new applications within the Finance IT landscape
- Deriving technical and conceptual measures from the monitoring analysis
- Customizing the supported applications
- Handling Incidents and Change Requests
- Driving automation and digitization in Finance IT and the supported processes
- Acting as product manager for selected IT applications
- Managing projects in the field of Finance IT
- Supporting customer projects and internal projects
* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
- Graduation and University Degree (Business Administration, Business IT, IT or similar studies)
- +3 years of practical experience in supporting and managing SAP applications in the Finance environment
- Experience in customizing and conceptual design of SAP solutions
- Good understanding of financial data flows and processes
- SAP FI (AP, AR, GL, FI-AA, etc.) preferably also adjacent SAP modules (e.g., CO)
- Project management
- IT demand management, process management, service management
- PC usage literacy (MS office, IT self-service)
- IT Shared Services experience
- IT infrastructure experience
- English language (both oral and written)
- German language (nice to have)
- Planning and organizational talent, analytical skills and accuracy
- Strong conceptual skills, problem solving competence
- Flexibility, cultural competence, entrepreneurship
- Capability to define precisely complex situations and issues
- Distinctive written and oral communication capability, representation ability
- Willingness to learn and to pick up new topics
